Registration begins at 11:00 AM - Calcutta starts PROMPTLY at 11:30 AM.
HOW: Modified double elimination. All entries welcome. 85% Return. 15% held for Grand Finale 1st place. $40 entry for members, $41 non-members. Points and prize money are awarded for 5 places. Points are also awarded for matches won when a player does not place. Other details will be announced. GRAND FINALE: The top 24 players who have won points and played 3 or more times qualify for the April 10th, 2010 GRAND FINALE, $40 entry. $1,000 1st place prize and a 90% return from the Calcutta and entry fees. Entry fees pay 2nd, 1st consolation, 2nd consolation and Last Chance. Players will be seeded based on the point standings from the 6 tournament series and the top 8 receive byes. The winner of the April 11th tournament will gain entry into the Grand Finale. One bye will be eliminated if the winner is not pre-qualified. HOLD’EM: At each tournament a high hand will be determined creating 1 qualifier for the “Knarrly” Hold’em game at the Grand Finale. You may only qualify 1 time. Additional hands will be auctioned. You must play in at least 1 tournament to play in the Hold’em game.
